First year head cheer coach Alex Newenham and senior Rachel Ruplinger discuss their historic three-peat win and the added pressure of their return to nationals. First year head dance coach Laurel Ritter and junior Sara Gundacker also join us to discuss their runner-up title and the special bond among the talented dance team.
